Originea: s-a format in Banat, in special la Arad Romania. Aptitudini de zbor: zbor de durata, la mare inaltime. Caractere de rasa: Capul: rotunjit, cu fruntea inalta si bombata, crestetul usor arcuit, ceafa rotunjita, nemotat. Ochii: albi, inconjurati de gene mici, inguste de culoare alb-galbuie. Ciocul: de lungime medie, usor indreptat in jos, de nuanta deschisa la culorile galben, rosu, intunecata la exemplarele pe negru. Narile sunt scurte, netede, pudrate cu alb. Gatul: scurt si gros putin arcuit spre spate, barbia rotunjit scobita. Pieptul: larg, bombat usor indreptat in sus, abdomenul arcuit. Spatele: scurt, lat si inclinat spre coada. Aripile: lungi, purtate deasupra cozii, varfurile nu se intretaie. Coada: lunga, purtata strans, 12 rectrice. Picioarele: de lungime medie, incaltate, penajul acopera degetele. Penajul: scurt, des si strans lipit de corp. Culoare si desen: negru, rosu, galben, albastru si argintiu. Peste fondul colorat este impestritat cu pene albe, avand coada si sfarcurile colorate. Greseli grave: corp cu structura grosolana, picioare lungi neacoperite cu pene, coada lata, desen neuniform impestritat, mult inchis sau prea deschis, culori mate, neintensive. Marimea inelului: 7 mm
